Amber Bruce is a San Francisco Bay Area native. She is a skilled Property and Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex projects. She has successfully overseen property management, renovation and development projects. In her previous role as a Project Manager at Acorn Analytics Inc., she was responsible for managing projects and client engagements, and ensuring the successful delivery of each statement of work. Amber has led teams and delivered profitable projects while maintaining strong client relationships. She has a proven track record in navigating project issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, she has excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. She lived on an LGBTQ commune in the Oregon forest and worked in honorable but low-paying jobs. After climbing the ranks at a start-up, Covid ignited her passion for medicine. She wants to help protect her community from vaccine distrust, and her journey is guided by the J.R.R. Tolkien poem, "Not all Who Wander are Lost."

In addition to his executive experience, Nicholas has also held various management roles, including Director of Marketing and Special Projects, Regional Manager, Project Manager, Senior Area Manager, and Asset Manager. He holds several credentials, including a CA Broker license and CCRM, CAM, and CPM Candidate designations.

Her management experience spans office, retail, and multifamily units, and she has overseen successful lease-ups, restructuring corporate operations, and risk management. Casey is dedicated to creating structured, timely action plans to bring operating expenses within budget parameters and has directed the successful mentoring of new managers and internal promotions.
