MAKE READY PROCESS / TENANT TURNOVER
Our Make Ready Process ensures your property is fully prepared before we schedule showings or allow a new tenant to move in. We adhere to strict standards for both marketing and tenant occupancy. Our trusted vendor partners handle the entire turnover process from start to finish, including cleaning, painting, and necessary repairs, ensuring that your property is in top condition.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
We streamline the maintenance process with a user-friendly system for tenants to submit service requests through our website or by contacting our office via text or phone. For urgent needs, our 24/7 emergency repair call center is always on standby, ready to dispatch our vendor partners to address issues promptly.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
We perform annual preventative maintenance inspections to ensure that your property is being properly cared for by tenants. During these inspections, we address routine maintenance items and identify any repair needs, helping to preserve the value of your investment.
RENT COLLECTION
Rent collection is made simple and efficient through our Resident Center website. Tenants can easily schedule automatic payments and access their rental ledger and other important documents, such as their lease agreement. This streamlined process ensures timely payments and transparency for both tenants and owners.
