Nick was my property manager for many years before I retired from investment properties,  and moving out of the state.    The tenants often complimented  him for being professional, accessible, and direct.    Nick understands the very complex, ever changing rules and laws of  the California rental climate - which is complicated especially given the tenant bias - especially post Covid. Finding a rental in the East Bay can be overwhelming—there are so many scams out there. Working with the leasing team at Ukiyo Management was a breath of fresh air. The Ukiyo team was so wonderful to work with in getting our rental home. From the beginning they were very responsive (even compared to other rental homes we were applying for with other property management companies), and we went from submitting an application to being accepted for the home in less than a week.
