1. Schedule a Consultation Call
This is a 15-minute call with our Vice President of Operations, Nick Bruce, to discuss your goals for the rental property and how we can help you achieve them. We’ll provide an overview of our processes and answer any questions you may have.
2. Schedule a Property Walkthrough
This is a 40-minute meeting at your rental property, and it is our opportunity to discuss our process and your property in-depth. You’ll walk the property together and discuss what’s needed to minimize risk and maximize your property’s potential in the Bay Area’s competitive rental markets. We’ll provide you with a market survey and a recommended list price for your property.
3. Sign the Contract and Handoff the Keys
We’ll send you our property management agreement via DocuSign. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule a key handoff, and we’ll take it from there.
